"Of course, I may be wrong about most everything I currently believe". This is my 'safety valve' mechanism that keeps me 'sane'. Whatever that is.
I no longer blindly believe ANY INFORMATION I have not personally verified as true and accurate. I do not necessarily reject such information, but if I have not personally verified it I hold the information in question until I do personally verify it. That works much better for me than having "blind faith" in books that are thousands of years old"
