THE BOTTOM LINE:
Okay, I feel I have finally reached a conclusion about this atheist verses theist debate. It all comes down to a matter of choice. There is quite a bit of evidence for both sides of the proverbial camp.
DO YOU CHOOSE TO BELIEVE THAT LIFE HAS MYSTERIOUS UNDERLYING PURPOSE AND MEANING?
OR DO YOU CHOOSE TO BELIEVE LIFE HAS NO MYSTERIOUS UNDERLYING PURPOSE AND YOUR SUFFERINGS ARE ABSOLUTELY MEANINGLESS?
That's essentially the choice everyone has to make for themselves and you have to base your choice on what gives you the most happiness and hope for the future. Will you choose to believe that everything happens for a reason and that your sufferings are not in vain
OR
Will you choose to believe that you are a random action mistake that just so happens to be here. You have no real purpose and your sufferings are meaningless. There is no true 'right' or 'wrong' and when you die THAT'S IT no afterlife.
What gives you more incentive to feel that life is worth living?
That's the basic choice. It all boils down to a hopeful life of great mystery
verses a hopeless life with no mysterious purpose
A life where you feel certain someone is watching over you
Verses
A life where no one is watching over you and you're on you own!!!
Which choice makes life more worth living? There is convincing evidence on both sides of the proverbial camp
THE CHOICE IS YOURS!!
All I have been advocating, to the online atheists, is to keep an open-mind about the matter. THEY REFUSE!!!!!! They simply MUST do everything they possibly can to try to shatter my faith in keeping an open mind. They blindly believe atheist "experts" like nuns blindly believe the Pope. That's just the way it is and it's obvious that nothing I may do will change this fact!
